PROJECT OVERVIEW:
This job is a 12,600sqft. Ground up construction project. It started with planning, engineering and permits. One challenge that was faced in this project was dealing with the location. The Construction site is located in a floodplain so a lot more engineering was involved for water runoff and storage.

 The construction consists of concrete slab, CMU Block, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, TPO roofing, 30’ roll up doors and landscaping.
